Refund Policy

At AlignMe, we provide digital products that are delivered instantly.
For this reason, we have a strict no-refund policy.

no refunds after purchase

All sales are final once payment is completed.
This includes both the Starter Report and Mastery Report.

Exceptions

If you:

  • Did not receive your report, 
  • Or experienced a technical issue during checkout

Please contact alastair@alignme.com within 48 hours of purchase.
We will review the issue and, if verified, either:

  • Re-send your report, or
  • Issue a full refund.
